After the success of By PM l'Atelier Restaurant located on the Port of Nice, Pierre Lesterle and Marco Raponi, young chefs from the great kitchens, inaugurate their second establishment, Alma, in the heart of the sumptuous bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer. .

Over the course of their journey, both have acquired mastery of gastronomic cuisine and now wish to introduce you to another facet of their creativity, a sunny cuisine, placed under the sign of sharing.

Alma Restaurant & Lounge, Pierre and Marco conceive it as a setting of relaxation where one comes, facing the Mediterranean, to take pleasure and share their happiness of cooking.

They thus want to remain sensitive to exchanges, like their menu which they shape in a dynamic, evolving way… influenced by the seasons and the enchanting setting of Villefranche-sur-Mer.
